As a former New Yorker and proud Latina of Dominican heritage, Sylvia brings a vibrant blend of city energy, cultural warmth, and South Florida charm to her work. Her transition into real estate in 2015 was driven by several personal experiences within the industry. After encountering several agents who failed to provide the level of care and professionalism she expected, Sylvia was determined to redefine what “full service” truly means. Refusing to believe that poor communication and impersonal treatment were the standard, she became a Realtor® with the goal of delivering a white-glove experience built on trust, empathy, and excellence.
Now a South Florida resident and bilingual professional fluent in English and Spanish, Sylvia takes a people-first approach to every transaction.
