Prior to becoming a real estate agent, Paulo started off as a loan originator in 2003. When Paulo bought his first house, he met with a real estate agent that treated him poorly. Although it was an unfortunate experience, it inspired him to pursue a license in real estate, as he wanted to help those who were in the same position. As a realtor, he promised to work tirelessly for his clients and find each one a perfect home.
As a Florida resident for over 23 years, Paulo has extensive knowledge about the South Florida community and the luxury market in Miami. Paulo has now been a realtor for 16 years. He is a certified staging consultant since 2007 and during his 11 years with RE/MAX, he was number 25 out of the top 100 Remax realtors in Florida. He is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. Paulo is also a certified distressed property expert and a luxury home specialist. He enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids, playing soccer, and traveling.
