Her professional journey started in the restaurant and club industry, where she naturally connected with people and developed strong interpersonal skills that still define her approach today.

Living in South Florida for the past 10 years, Kivia has a deep understanding of the local market and the needs of the community she proudly serves—especially the Brazilian community. Her transition into financial consulting was inspired by a desire to provide families with more than just real estate guidance she wanted to help them protect and grow their wealth through strategic financial planning.
